Volunteers for Orange County Academic Decathlon

The 2019 Orange County Academic Decathlon is the annual academic competition for teams of public and private high school students.  They compete in the subjects of language, science, math, art, speech, and much more.   The decathlon engages and challenge students of all academic abilities and achievement levels.  This competition relies heavily on community members volunteering their time, professionalism, and care to serve as interview or speech judges, as well as serving as test or super quiz proctors, all in support of 500+ students.  Volunteers should be at least 18 years old and a high school graduate.  Volunteer Judges are needed on January 26th at Tustin High School, and Volunteer Test Proctors are needed on February 2nd at Westminster High School.  To volunteer, contact Kristin Rigby at 714-966-4435 or krigby@ocde.us  . Additional information can be found at http://www.ocde.us/Decathlon/Pages/default.aspx
