The West Los Angeles-based Wags and Walks Adoption Center will hold its first year anniversary party on Sunday, January 27th, from noon to 4 pm.  This event will offer dog adoptions, food treats, giveaways, and information on how you can volunteer for this organization.  Wags and Walks’ mission is to break the stigma that rescue dogs are damaged goods and to help decrease the number of dogs euthanized in L.A. shelters.
