Registration continues for the inaugural Paddle for the Battle Double-Elimination Charity Pickleball Tournament on Sunday, May 5 at the Felipe Tennis and Recreation Center, 27161 Nogal.
All event registration fees will go directly to the American Cancer Society to help raise money for research and support patient services. Participants will receive a tax-deductible receipt for their entry fees that day.
Paddle for the Battle will feature 144 players (72 teams) and more than 6 divisions for set-partner play in a double-elimination format. Registration is $80 per team and includes a goodie bag and prizes for 1st and 2nd place in each division. In honor of Cinco de Mayo, Maiz Cocina will be onsite selling Mexican fare for players and spectators.
