American Lung Association
Breathing is the process of taking air into and expelling it from the lungs. It’s something the majority of us do without thinking to live. There are many hindrances to get in the way of that process such as lung cancer, asthma and other diseases. The American Lung Association is working to save lives by improving lung health and preventing lung diseases through education, advocacy and research.
Association National spokesperson Pulmonary Critical Care Physician Cedric Jamie Rutland says plenty of information about lung cancer is available on-line at www.lung.org and look up lung force.
Dr. Rutland and two year lung cancer survivor Dori Neuman who’s a continuing patient at City of Hope are the guests on our public affairs show “Collage,” which airs anytime on www.Jazz885.org
