Dana Point Turkey Trot

On Thanksgiving Day, the Dana Point Harbor will be the site of the 42nd Annual Turkey Trot. People of all ages will run various races before they stuff their face.

The Dana Point Chamber of Commerce puts on the event and Run Racing helps to organize it.

Run Racing CEO Bob Seagren, who is an Olympic gold and silver medalist in pole vault says the first event is the 10K run which starts at seven in the morning followed by the 5K at 8:30 in the morning and then the second 5K at 9:30 in the morning. At 10:15 in the morning, the Kids’ Gobble Wobble one mile race starts. And that’s for children between the ages of four and 12.
