Swallows Return to Mission San Juan Capistrano

Eyes will be looking upward at Mission San Juan Capistrano today, when the swallows officially return on this St. Joseph’s Day.

The Mission will host all sorts of festivities celebrating the swallows’ return, including the ringing of the historic bells, storytelling, mariachi music, tours, along with performances from local schools.

The Mission is open between nine in the morning and three in the afternoon.
