LA Dodgers sued by fan who says security roughed him up

A Los Angeles Dodgers fan is suing the team, alleging he was roughed up by security guards and broke an ankle during a game last year.

KCBS-TV says 31-year-old Daniel Antunez is seeking $2 million in a suit filed yesterday.

The suit says that during a Dodger Stadium game against the Marlins last April 24, six to 10 security guards jumped on Antunez in a confrontation captured on cellphone.

The suit says Antunez had gone to the game with a woman who accidentally spilled beer on another fan. She was asked to leave. Antunez says he accompanied her but on the way out, he tried to use a restroom and was grabbed by security.

He was handcuffed and taken from the stadium in a wheelchair.
