Rancho Santa Margarita Mayor Grateful

The Rancho Santa Margarita City Council will reorganize tonight picking a new Mayor and Mayor Pro Tem.

Outgoing Mayor Mike Vaughn says he proud this year of the progress made in the cooperation between the city and the master Homeowners Association, SAMLARC, the Rancho Santa Margarita Chamber of Commerce and the Rotary Club. He says they worked well together to put on programs such as the Rancho Family Fest, ribbon cuttings and the summer concerts.

Tonight’s City Council meeting begins at seven.
